                Polycarboxylate high performance superplasticizer new monomer (X-1088)

                Main application: This product is mainly used for producing polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer products. Dilute the product directly to the desired ratio and then mix it with unsaturated fatty acids. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be synthesized below 60 degree under redox initiation system.

                Product characteristics:

                The polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer synthesized by this method has higher water reduction rate, higher slump retention, good early strength, low alkali, low foam and low energy consumption.

                The third monomer is introduced: it has better molecular weight regulation function. The synthesized superplasticizer has the same molecular weight distribution, good workability and low viscosity.

                Higher unsaturation guarantees higher effective content of superplasticizer synthesized in the later period, which is the most favorable guarantee for high water reduction rate and high slump retention.

                Packaging, transportation and storage

                This product is made of 500Kg or 25Kg lined plastic packaging, stored in a cool and ventilated place, with a storage life of 1 years.
